Introduction
It’s Open Enrollment time! Even though we are doing a passive enrollment this year and your benefit elections will automatically roll over (with the exception of the FSA). please take the time to login to Flexible Products Connection and make sure all your benefit, dependent, and beneficiary information is correct. If you would like to enroll in an FSA for 2022 you must login and enroll.
Your elections must be submitted no later than November 24th, 2021.
Once open enrollment has closed, you will not have the opportunity to make changes to your elections until the next open enrollment, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.
How To Enroll
1.Go to www.flexible-productsconnection.com
2.Enter your User ID: First Initial + Last Name
e.g.John Smilth = Jsmith
3.Enter your Password: Last 4 of your SSN
4.Follow instructions and enroll in your benefits
5.Make sure to save your elections and print your confirmation statement
